Rotini with Halibut

Simple Rotini tossed with pasta sauce + pan seared salt n pepper seasoned halibut.

But where can I get halibut in Naija? Any clues? And not the one that will break my bank oh! Lol! you sound so cool. I love pasta as well, they are so easy to make and you can do lots as far as presentation and taste!!
you should visit the blog often, i try to create fresh recipes with things we eat daily. Halibut in 9ja...humm...not sure. but u can use any FRESH fish that isn't bony. The market women will probably be able to recommend something.
lol@African-ish. lol, my style of cooking is definitely African inspired :D, I just try to modify for today's women.

Don't think I've ever eaten halibut before, but will give it a go now. Working my way through your blog, using it as a pictorial to teach my baby the name of Nigerian foods, don't remember to do so while feeding her, too focused on getting it down her! Lurve your blog!!!
