Plantain Porridge



Ingredient:
2 semi ripe plantains
2 ripe plantains
2 spoons palm oil
smoked fish (1 cup) *or your choice of protein*
1/2 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
1 bullion cube
1/2TSp Chili powder

Direction
  • Place a pot with 2 cups of water on medium heat
  • Cut plantain into chunks.... add to the water
  • Simmer for 12mins
  • Add in palm oil, fish, salt, chili and black pepper
  • Simmer for another 10mins, turning occasionally.
*serve as a side or main dish*
