Fish Sauce




Ingredient
4  large roma tomatoes
2 large bell peppers
2 habanero peppers
1 small  onion
2 maggi cubes
Small ginger
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 vegetable oil and 1/4 palm oil
1 large mackerel or tilapia (cut and clean)


Direction
  • Combine tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, ginger, and habanero pepper in a blender, Blend to a paste.
  •  Set blended pepper on high heat for 10mins ( this helps to reduce the water content)
  • In a different pot, combine the vegetable oil and palm oil. once the oil is hot, add in the parboiled pepper.
  • Add in salt, maggi and the cleaned fish. cover
  • Simmer on medium heat for 15 mins.
  • Serve on Rice or pasta

U are uncountably too much... ur food is really upmarket.. i just love it...It's really inspiring and the camera and shots are too classic.. (U just capture the culture and food in one word, it shows that Nigerians actually have varieties of dishes)... In addition, we have starters too.. that makes me happy...

I am full admiration for u ohh... omo to bhad oh, food toh bad gon... naija food ye le gon ohhh.... lol

OK.. I dont want to become too obsessed lol. I love food too, but i didn't think they had African food market in Canada(My dream country btw).. I am sure it must cost quite abit... sha UK does not inspire me like this ohhhh.....

Come visit Canada, it is amazing... like the cold is annoying, but the pple are nice!

we do have african food stores oo, don't get me started on how overpriced most things are!.... I always go on adventures to other ethnic foOd stores, most times I find close substitutes :D
