Protein Options

 Chicken Kebab served with "Romaine Honey mu" and watermelon

Pan seared Beef Tenderloin with steamed Yu Choy (This vegetable tastes like a cross between spinach and bok choy; perfect for efo riro as it holds it color and texture longer than Spinach)
