Banana steamed fish



Ingredient
large size Banana leaf
fresh basil (scented leaf)
salt and pepper to taste
whole fish fillet ( your choice of fish, I used salmon in this recipe)

Directions
season fish with salt and pepper, add a couple of basil leafs in-between the 2 fillets. marinate over night.
Clean banana leaf and wrap around the marinated fish
Turn oven on to 375f, place wrapped fish on a tray. leave in the oven for 25mins
Unwrap and serve.

that looks extremely sexy and rich. I just don't know where to find banana leaves. I am definitely going to give this a try!!!! add Some shrimp and red pepper for flare. Definitely will impress the masses! kudos!

Thank u!!!....they sell frozen banana leaf in most asian grocery stores, most large grocery chains with ethnic food section also carries them (frozen).
