Deep Fried Beans


 Deep Fried Black Eyed Beans (peas)*

Ingredient:
2 cups black eyed beans
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

Really?...my first time of seeing another way of cooking beans o..would definitely try it...what of pepper & onions?...what if i use palm oii?

Hello Nitty.... This is a snack version of everyday beans. I don't think it's something u will be able to eat a plate at a go like regular cooked beans. I don't think I will use palm oil,it will send the caloric content through the roof!

Believe me, I don't think there's anyone as horrible as me in cooking lol. Yep! I'm shamelessly horrible.

I can't boil rice correctly. One part is hard and the other it too soft. And, don't even get me started on when I made semo for my grandma lol
