Hello Nitty.... This is a snack version of everyday beans. I don't think it's something u will be able to eat a plate at a go like regular cooked beans. I don't think I will use palm oil,it will send the caloric content through the roof!Thanks for ur comment! I always appreciate them.

Believe me, I don't think there's anyone as horrible as me in cooking lol. Yep! I'm shamelessly horrible.I can't boil rice correctly. One part is hard and the other it too soft. And, don't even get me started on when I made semo for my grandma lol
