HomeMade ; Soymilk and Banana Bread




This is the first of a series of "home entertaining with ease" I will like to feature on occasion in the next little while.
I have here homemade soy milk and banana bread.

Soy milk

Ingredient
2 cups soy beans
sugar to taste


Banana Bread
Ingredient
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, soft
3 bananas (ripe)
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp cold water
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Thanks Mary, most pple are amazed at how easy it is to make soy milk at home. make sure you buy organic soy beans and away you go.

Black soup? humm. never heard of it, the closest think I know is agoyin sauce(usually served on beans)
