Ingredient
  • 1/2 a cup of blended or pounded afang leaves
  • A pack of Spinach
  • Beef
  • Fish
  • 1/4 cup of palm oil
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • crayfish 3Tspn
  • Maggi (2cubes)

Haba! why are you doing this to me nah 9jafoodie??..is not fair ooo...not at all! now i am craving for this food seeing it looking so yummy....now i can surprise hubby with it because he had been talking about it..for the fact that i am just a passive cook, he would appreciate my effort..even though there would not be enough salt as usual...hahahahaha..tnx for the recipe. :)

hey dear nice , but i'd like to comment and say that to get the real affang taste, you need to substitute the SPINACH with waterleaves. i love your blog just dat it leaves me so hungry and wishing :(
