Rice is versatile and I love dodo. Just polished off some basmatti rice and mincemeat stew, lol. Love your pics. Ofada - wish we could get it here in the UK. Can you get it over there?

I know eh! Rice is awesome. we don't have ofada here either, I have a boxed variety from Nigeria thou. There is also an Asian rice variety that looks exactly like ofada, unfortunately, it doesn't have that organic smell/taste.I think you should check ur local African store, they might have the 9ja boxed ofada.

Nope... I do not have a restaurant,It's the ultimate dream though.I think it takes a lot to run a successful restaurant (that isn't just another "one of them") something unique. I shall get there some day.

Plantain is awesome...and I love the simplicity of rice n stew.okay...It's breakfast time here, I just got to work n I am already hingry :(.I guess I get a taste of my own medicine.

Man you are making me want to rush to the kitchen asap and cook! Question do you know how to make banga rice is it similar to making Jollof rice, my aunt made it once and I haven't been able to get my hands on a recipe!!!
