yay! i love moin-moin...it's always a special meal in my home because of the time i put into it { am lazy in the kitchen dept o jare nah quickie i dey go for..hehehe} love it with both fish & egg & do a combo with custard or akamu for breakfast and cold ijebu garri for lunch..yummy.
Moi moi in banana leaves, I want!! Lol I haven't made moi moi in so long, too lazy to go thru d stress although I love the end product:) maybe if I find skinned beans I'll make it then.q

@Titi's Passion; lol lol. I don't like the pre-skinned stuff. it has a weird color. I usually skin a whole bunch when I do and I just section it in ziplock and freeze it.
