Ribbon Fish

My motive for this was to present 1 protein in 3 different combinations. The first(2) is simply fried fish which is awesome to soaked garri. Second(2) is served with a salsa of onion, plum tomato and fresh Basil and the third is simply option 2 on rice. Bottom line is .... the excitement of food lies in the way it's combined.
Have a great week ahead everyone!!
** I used Ribbon Fish for this dishes, I cant quiet remember what the local name is, if anyone knows please let me know***

Correct.
This will go well with ijebu garri soaked with ice-cold water and sugar.
Chei.

PS - as you can see, living abroad for half my life has not diluted the razz Naija in me! LOL

Hmmm...yum. Now I want to fry that sea bass in my freezer but I'll do it in a griddle pan. Thanks for getting me back to fish. I've avoided it for a while cos I occasionally get sick.

@ Naijamum, there is nothing razz about soaking garri jo. It is 'authentic'. Lol.

Looks so yummy! I baked some fish a couple of days ago, I prefer that to frying but fried fish can be so sweet sha, if you put aside the whole healthy thing.

Ms Myne... U know... but I guess fried or not, it's always better than red meat. as far as it's not breaded before it's fried.
Thanks much!

Thanks Ibhade, it's definitely not Crocker. It's a very flat looking fish, tastes like fresh cod:)
