Mushroom Noodle soup with Fresh Cod 

My Indomie noodles creation for the day is a soup, it is topped with fried fresh Cod fish ( Okporoko, panla) and some Basil.I also have some crispy fried plantain on the side for some crunch.

10 medium cut beef
½ small size red onions (chopped)
2cups stewed tomatoes (buy canned)
4 bullion cubes
2tspn salt (to taste)
¼ cup olive oil
Some curry

Ofe Onugbu (Bitter Leaf Soup)

Ofe Onugbu (Bitter leaf soup)
3 cups; Assorted meat and Snails (precooked)
2 cups Stock fish and smoked fish
¼ cup grounded crayfish
A pinch dried chili
½ cup bitter leaves (fresh or dried)
1/2  cup cocoyam boiled and pounded
¼ cup palm oil
Maggi and salt to taste

Meat Pepper Soup

Pepper soup is simply meat in a spiced broth, the peculiar taste comes from the spice mix. you can make meat pepper soup ( usually contains goat meat) or Fish pepper soup ( widely made with catfish). Making pepper soup is extremely easily, as far as you have the pre-mixed spice blend.

Mixed Basmati Rice

Stewed Beef on  Mixed Basmati rice
2 cups long grain Basmati rice
1 cup mixed vegetables ( defrosted)
1/4 cup groundnut oil
2 cups stewed tomatoes (you can buy it canned in any grocery store)
1/2 medium size onion (chopped)
1tsp chopped garlic
