Oya! I'm done, I'm never coming back to this blog again.

Do you know how impossible it is for me to stick to my diet (or as I like to call it, no chop too much but chop sha) when I come to your site

I'm all motivated and inspired to not eat too much then I come here and you have a sister salivating...Chai!

I am going back to my kitchen now to see if I can conjure this meal up

@Olori : I didn't make the chicken, sis yemmie did. Usually I marinate my chicken overnight if I will be baking directly. If I plan on parboiling the chicken first, then I spice, parboil and bake for 25-30min @350.

@Nollywood R: LWKMD... I am sorry, you cannot leave biko. I like what you call your diet, that is what it should be, chop but not too much, there is no point depriving your body of all the awesome dishes God gave us :D

I have one I do with peas, sweetcorn, diced carrots, scotch bonnets and eggs broken directly INTO the noodles. You don't serve it dry but in some of the water/indomie sauce. Best thing for colds and flu and also very yummy for ordinary dinners!

Oh cool. You put the eggs LAST, AFTER everything else is cooked. The heat poaches it on top and it looks and tastes divine!
